About EventBudget Pro
EventBudget Pro is a management platform built for professional musicians, bands and event planners who organise live music events such as weddings, christenings, corporate functions and private parties. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and paper notes with one place to plan an event, agree the fees of everyone taking part, and produce the paperwork that clients and tax authorities expect.
For each event you record the client, the venue, the date and the running order, from sound check through to the finale. The built-in cost calculator then splits the agreed amount into clear figures: the total the client pays, the share that goes to the musicians, the amount kept by the organiser, travel and accommodation costs, and VAT where it applies. Every calculation updates automatically, so you always know what an event actually earns before you commit to it.
EventBudget Pro is used by band leaders and session musicians, sound engineers, and small event agencies across Greece. Musicians are not left filling in paperwork by hand: each partner receives a secure personal link to submit their own details, and can confirm or decline their participation in a specific event. Your partner directory, instrument and equipment inventory, and reusable stage layouts stay available for every future event, along with acceptance statuses so you know who is confirmed.
The platform also produces the documents that make the work professional: itemised client quotes with your own letterhead, technical riders describing the stage plot, sound and lighting requirements, and tax-compliant records of what each partner is owed. Documents can be exported as PDF or sent by email without leaving the app.

EventBudget Pro is designed and operated by Nostalgia Music Events EE, a live music events company that has run thousands of wedding, christening and corporate performances. The app grew out of the daily work of that team: every screen answers a problem the musicians and organisers behind it faced themselves. Questions, feature requests and support requests are answered directly by the people who maintain the platform.
